A few things to know before you start.
Do you take a commission on reservations?
No. BookDinePlay is a flat monthly (or annual) subscription per venue — never a per-reservation or per-cover commission. You keep the full guest relationship.
When do ordering and payments become available?
Table & game ordering with printable QR codes is included from the Pro plan. Online payments and deposits — collected securely via Stripe — are part of the Premium plan.
How do online payments work?
On Premium, guests can pay their table or game invoice, or leave an optional full or partial deposit. Money is collected through Stripe and settled to your account; BookDinePlay and Stripe fees are deducted transparently.
Is there a free trial and can I switch plans?
Yes — start with a trial and upgrade or downgrade as your venue grows, from a single dining room to multiple venues with billiards, darts and event space. Annual billing saves two months.
